Why this firm exists
Small businesses get the worst of both worlds in technology. Big consultancies won't return your calls at your budget, and the cheap end of the market sells you whatever it resells, disappears, and leaves you holding systems nobody understands.
I started CrowdSolutions to be the third option: one accountable engineer who learns your business, writes down what's actually there, and tells you the truth about it — including when the honest answer is that you don't need to spend anything. I take no vendor commissions, so nothing I recommend is quietly paid for by the company I'm recommending.

Assessments, scopes, prices, documentation — if it matters, it's in writing. Verbal promises don't survive contact with reality.

Source code, accounts, passwords, documentation. We set things up so you could leave us tomorrow — which is exactly why clients stay.

We pick proven tools that fit your business, not whatever is fashionable this quarter. Exciting infrastructure is a cost, not a feature.

We're a new firm and we say so. No fake testimonials, no padded client counts. Judge us on the written assessment — that's what it's for.

Every engagement follows the same four steps.

Scoping call
30 minutes, free
We ask what's breaking, what's coming, and what you've already tried. If we're not the right fit, we say so on this call and point you somewhere better.

Assessment
Fixed scope, fixed price
We inventory every system, account, license, and backup, and test whether the backups restore. Scope, price, and delivery date are agreed in writing before it starts.
03
Handoff
The report is yours
We walk you and your team through the findings. If you want to hand the roadmap to another provider or your own IT person, that's a legitimate outcome and we'll help you do it.

Execution
Optional, quoted per item
If you want us to do the work, each roadmap item is quoted separately and you approve them one at a time. No bundled retainer you can't unpick.
